3D Protein® combines fast, medium and slow-releasing protein of Native Whey Protein, Micellar Casein and Egg White Protein. We use a 45:45:10 ratio to deliver a 78% protein blend that offers complete support to your workout regime.
By using three different types of protein, you are drip feeding your muscles with protein. Regular sport and cardio puts pressure on the muscles so the muscles require enough protein to repair whilst building.
We use whey protein that's hormone and antibiotic free and made from the milk of grass-fed cows. Milk from grass-fed cows is richer in omega-3 fatty acids and has up to five times as much CLA.

Consume 2-3 servings daily, ideally post-workout.
Mix 35g, which is approximately three heaped 25ml measures (there is a scoop included in the tub), with 350ml water or skimmed milk in a shaker or blender. These are guidelines, and for a creamier or thicker shake, more or less liquid can be added to taste. Once mixed, consume immediately.
